North East Jamaica Mission, under the leadership of President Arlington Woodburn, hosted the first and second series of the Preservation of Pentecost at Hope Bay SDA in Portland, and Dover SDA in St. Mary. With a combination of the 78 new souls added to the church membership through these campaigns, and two weddings, one could say our programme has HOPE, SCOPE and MOBILITY.

With the vast number of new converts over the years and the rapid migration that often follows, the Preservation of Pentecost programme is determined, with God’s grace, to make a difference in the retention of new converts, and provide the hope of creating greater Christian unity and a Pentecostal  feeling among the brethren.
